Creating your VPS
There are just five easy steps to getting started with your new VPS.
1 Choose your server
Browse our wide range of plans and find one that is right for you.
We offer a good selection of plans and operating systems, and you can get started with one of the control panels we offer.
Click the 'order' button next to the VPS of your choice and use the order form to customize your VPS.
2 Enter your details
To request a new VPS you must have a user account on our site. If this is your first time ordering from us, we ask you to enter your contact details and confirm your e-mail address.
3 Confirm your order
Once you are logged in to the site, you can confirm the details of your order and it will be sent to us.
Our sales team will act on your order as soon as possible, check for availability and if necessary, contact you to discuss any special requests. Your VPS will then be created.
4 Pay
We will let you know when your VPS is ready, but you must make the first payment before it can be accessed.
You can pay using any of the following methods:
Subscription
You can set up a subscription using PayPal Recurring Payments. You only need to set this up once, and afterwards you can manage your subscription through PayPal's site.
You do not need to be registered with PayPal to set up a subscription, you can choose to have payments made directly from your credit/debit card.
Month by month
You can also pay on a month by month basis. We will send you an invoice when a payment is due.
You do not need to be registered with PayPal to make payments, you can simply enter your credit/debit card information on their secure site.
BACS (UK only)
If you have a UK bank account, you can ask your bank to set up a standing order for a monthly BACS payment.
Full details are provided on the My Transactions page.
5 Log In
When we have received the first payment, the server's login details will be made available to you.
For security we do not send your login details by e-mail. We generate a random password which you can only view over a secure (HTTPS) connection on the My Servers page.
We strongly advise you to change this password the first time you log in to the server.
We also supply you with SSH fingerprints to protect against man-in-the-middle attacks.
We also have a guide on further securing your VPS.
